Juan Palacios is a professional baseball trainer with more than 30 years of coaching experience. He has worked with some of the most talented players in the game today: Carlos Correa, Francisco Lindor, Edwin Diaz, Jesmuel Valentin and Yadiel Rivera, Jackson Merril have all trained with Coach Palacios.
Juan has also worked with some local talent like Tyler Blohm and Zach Thompson of the University of Maryland, Jordan Carr from The Univeristy of North Carolina and Jordan Geber at St. Marys University.

Juan has served as Baseball Coordinator for some of the top baseball programs in MD. His extensive knowledge of the game, fundamentals, and his nationwide network make him one of the most sought after trainers around.

Outfitted with cutting-edge tech, pro-grade equipment, and a no-nonsense environment, El Norte is where top talent from the MLB, NCAA, and elite high schools come to separate themselves. It’s also the official home of Palacios Baseball, Maryland’s premier training organization for players with big-league dreams and national-stage goals.
Membership is offered on a monthly basis at a rate of $100 per month. Access is limited to a small group of athletes. Members may use the facility 24/7 on a first-come, first-serve basis, except during designated Palacios Baseball training hours.
